EE UK Offers Unlimited Home Broadband for GBP1 Per Month

Tuesday, August 11th, 2015 (12:01 am) - Score 680

Mobile and Internet provider EE will later this morning launch a new promotion that reduces the price of their unlimited Home Broadband and free UK weekend calls package from £9.50 to just £1 per month for the first 12 months of service. Plus they offer up to £100 to help cover the cost of any exit fees if you leave your old ISP early.

As usual new customers will also need to take EE’s Phone Line Rental service from either the equivalent of £13.75 a month – if you pay 12 months upfront (£165) – or £16.40 as a standard monthly charge. Take note that the broadband price offer will be available until 31st October 2015.

Customers of this package will also get an included BrightBox wireless router, one year’s subscription to Norton Online Security, a free connection and the chance to win exclusive tickets for events at Wembley. Until recently you could also get a free portable smartphone battery charger (Power Bar), but those have been busy exploding (here) and so now you can’t.

    People still use Norton?

Anyway, it just goes to show how much money they overcharge on the mobile front to be willing to break even on the wholesale platform. Would never go with EE.

Norton is good these days (i previously hated it) now it’s really good and lightweight and very good at picking up infections.

Like most of the big isp’s,all is good till you need support.Their deals are very tempting though.
