UK ISP TalkTalk has advised that new and existing customers of their TV (YouView) offering broadband and phone bundles will benefit from free access to six premium channels over the Christmas holiday period.
Until 5th January 2016 TalkTalk TV customers will be able to enjoy access to GOLD, Watch, Alibi, Eden, Good Food and Home “at no extra cost“. The six channels are usually available to customers who sign up to their Entertainment Boost, which costs £5 a month for Plus TV customers or £10 a month on Essentials TV.
Apparently existing customers don’t need to do anything special to see the free channels, the access is available simply by visiting channel 310 for GOLD, 311 for Watch, 312 for Alibi, 313 for Good Food, 314 for Home and 315 for Eden. Otherwise new customers may like to note the cost of their packages.
