Internet provider Plusnet has kicked off the New Year by offering their ‘up to’ 17Mbps unlimited broadband package absolutely free for the first 12 months of service (£9.99 per month thereafter) to new subscribers and on top of that they’re also offering £50 Cashback.
The latest offer will be available to order until 26th January 2016, although there’s the usual caveat that in order to get it you also have to take out Plusnet’s own Phone Line Rental service, which costs from £16.99 per month or the monthly equivalent of £15.49 when you pre-pay for a year in advance.
Unlimited Broadband and Phone

Take note that a small percentage of the United Kingdom will not be covered by Plusnet’s “low cost area“, which means that the monthly broadband price jumps from £9.99 to a staggering £17.49 per month. This typically reflects those living in the last 9% or so of premises where BT is often the only primary infrastructure provider.
