A new Hampshire-based residential ISP called Onestream has recently launched into the UK market and in order to promote that fact they’re offering some aggressively priced standard (ADSL2+) and superfast (FTTC / VDSL2) broadband packages, which naturally all include phone line rental.
Like most national providers the service works over Openreach’s network and they also have wholesale supplier arrangements with TalkTalk and Vodafone, which helps to underpin the low cost of their packages.
New Onestream customers can expect to receive unlimited usage, an included “super doper” wireless router (£9.99 for secure delivery), 12 months of free internet security and an 18 month contract term.
Onestream Flow Unlimited Broadband
Average Download 18Mbps
Average Upload 1MbpsPRICE: £16.99 per month for 12 months (£24.99 thereafter)
Jetstream Fibre Unlimited Broadband
Average Download 35Mbps
Average Upload 9MbpsPRICE: £26.99 per month for 12 months (£34.99 thereafter)
Xtreme Superfibre Unlimited Broadband

We rarely see new ISPs like this because the market is already quite saturated and aggressively competitive, which makes it difficult for new players to break into (unless they’re building their own infrastructure and have some established demand). Nevertheless we always like to see a new player in town and they’ve clearly put some effort into it.
Fleeter than a Cheetah? What?!
Don’t offer static IP by the looks of it. Such a shame.
The super doper wirelss router is really, like, wow, look at the colours, man. Got any cornflakes?
LOL yeah, dunno if that was a mistype by MarkJ or if it was like that on their site and has been corrected.
That ad was a bit…. Full on
No static IPv4, no IPv6 at all. Wasting of time.
Just tried to order this and noticed it’s got a £69 one off connection charge. No mention on your page or theirs until you get into the shopping basket?
What is that about?
I’ve just signed up with a Fixed IP, which only costs an extra £1 per month, bringing it to £32.99 a month for the 76mbps fibre. Offered me a 12-month contract over the phone, even though the contract length I found on uSwitch was 18months and 24 months on their website.
No connection charge, incidentally, and only have to pay the postage for the router
Why is there £69 pound charge when I go to set up account
I got their black Friday offer of £9.99/month incl line rental. Can’t get better than that!
I ordered Xtreme Superfibre Unlimited Broadband and am getting avg download speed of 7Mbps.
This is the worst provider i have yet set to come across jpined them on the black Friday deal. My live date was monday 3rd of december today is the 18th since my installation date i have had various problems with the service such as my router an internet connection restarting itself constently wrther im watching a film, playing xbox or even just using wifi on my phone. I have litterally called every working day to complain an re ask where a new router that was aldo promised to me on the 4th was since that fate i have had no real i formation given back just a load of crap of there customer services who seem like they dont have a clue what they are talking aboit pr wven doing. This has been so frustrating for us and onestream have not been professional in their approach towards my complaints in any way at all various emails have been sent with no response also. I am now having to run a case to get my cntract cancelled WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO MY ENEMIES! DO NOT USE ONESTREAM! CON ARTITS! also check trust pilots reviews on one stream.
