Telecommunications network services provider KN Circet, which is part of the Circet Group and operates across the UK and Ireland (clients include Openreach, Vodafone, Virgin Media, BT, Zayo and many others), has acquired ARCC Communications as part of its strategy to expand into UK wireless activities and infrastructure.
Birmingham-based ARCC, which is home to 100 employees and managed by the three Conway brothers (Robin, Andrew and Christopher), typically specialises in wireless telecommunications networks (4G, 5G etc.) by providing design, rigging, construction, installation / commissioning and maintenance services.
Meanwhile the Circet Group has been busy pursuing growth both organically and through acquisitions. As a result of today’s deal KN Circet will now gain more fuel for their expansion into wireless activities in the UK, “providing the foundation for delivering competitive end-to-end solutions and services across all network technologies.”

“We are delighted to welcome ARCC to KN Circet and to leverage the team’s expertise to expand the delivery of high-quality services to mobile network operators in the region. There is a great fit between our respective teams, and we look forward to working together and sharing best practices in order to meet the needs of our customers and to seize additional market opportunities.”
Robin Conway, MD of ARCC, added:
“We are excited to join the Circet Group at this pivotal point in the evolution of mobile networks. We are confident that we will benefit from KN Circet’s experience to strengthen our presence in the market. Through the strength of the Circet Group, we look forward to capitalising on the many opportunities in the mobile market, in particular the current deployment and renewal of mobile networks across the region and preparation for the arrival of 5G. We look forward to this next exciting chapter of the ARCC journey.”
The current management team will remain in place and will join the broader Circet Group management team. Sadly, the financial details of this deal remain undisclosed.
