Communications and managed services provider Connectus has today launched a raft of new bonus features, services and cost-savings to help UK business customers ride out the second lockdown wave. Top of that list is a price freeze for all existing contracted customers until the end of March 2021.
Connectus will also offer its customers “totally uncapped usage of connectivity services“, along with “unlimited support” for their current products and services (e.g. free technical advice for setting up homeworkers). Customers can also expect to receive free data backup and retrieval until the end of March 2021.
Meanwhile new customers adopting Connectus’ services from today, until the end of the current furlough scheme, will receive a complimentary 1-hour IT and cyber health check and a 10% discount on any of the leading service provider’s Connect-Protect-Collaborate managed services. Finally, existing customers can take advantage of a further minimum of 10% discount on all contract renewals and new services.
