Mobile network operator Three UK has confirmed that some of their customers, across different parts of the country, may currently be experiencing problems making and receiving calls (e.g. incoming calls are going straight to voicemail). The issue appears to have started at just after 6am this morning.
In a brief statement, the operator said a few minutes ago: “A number of customers may be experiencing issues with phone calls. The issue is being resolved & we hope to fix it fully in the next few hours. In the meantime, anyone affected should try restarting their device as it may fix it quicker. Apologies if you’ve been affected by this.”
At the time of writing the number of complaints appears to be starting to fall, after peaking around 9am, so hopefully the operator is getting on top of the issue.

Three 5G Home Broadband is disconnecting where I live but could be due to very foggy conditions.
Fog has nothing to do unless there is a water/humidity within either Three’s equipment or your router.

Side whinge 😀 – when I was with smarty my family members on Vodafone and 02 networks always had problems to get through to me
Around 8 this morning I attempted an outgoing call three times in a row, and each time it failed immediately. But after briefly toggling airplane mode, calls worked fine again.
no issues here.
