The AllPoints Fibre Network (APFN), which is a Fern Trading backed wholesale platform that aggregates connectivity from several different UK networks including their own, has begun offering their UK ISP partners £500 cashback on Ethernet and £100 on full fibre broadband (FTTP) via CityFibre’s national network.
The special offer is intended to help mark the arrival of CityFibre’s high-capacity dedicated Ethernet products on Aquila, joining the FTTP products already available through the platform. CityFibre’s full fibre network currently covers 4.8 million UK premises (4.6m RFS on FTTP).
The updated offers and products are available through Aquila via the same portal and API integration partners already use, with no further development needed to start trading. Partners can identify and compare availability, quote and order the right connectivity for customers without adding complexity, all backed by the support of a single account team.

The two exclusive APFN partner offers:
➤ £500 cashback on eligible new CityFibre Ethernet 100, Flex 1000 and Ethernet 1000
➤ £100 cashback on eligible new CityFibre FTTP <1000 to multi-gig speeds, FTTP 1200, FTTP 1800 and FTTP 2500
Take note that the £500 cashback offer applies to eligible new CityFibre Ethernet 100, Flex 1000 and Ethernet 1000 orders placed through Aquila on qualifying contract terms by 31st December 2026.
Nisreen El-Kaloush, Chief Commercial Officer at APFN, said:
”Selling dedicated fibre shouldn’t mean juggling suppliers, portals and integrations. Aquila puts CityFibre Ethernet and FTTP behind one relationship, making them instantly available to those already onboard both via the portal or the API integration with no additional effort and the cashback gives partners every reason to go after those customers now.”
George Wareing, Chief Commercial Officer at CityFibre, said:
“By making our Ethernet portfolio available through Aquila, we’re working with APFN to make it easier for partners to match customers with the right connectivity solution as their requirements evolve. Flex 1000 is a compelling proposition for businesses that have outgrown broadband, delivering the performance and reliability they need today, with a clear route to higher-capacity Ethernet services as demand grows.”
Now if only CityFibre would get around to offering Ethernet speeds beyond 1Gbps.

Any business putting their connectivity with CityFibre right now is either very brave or very stupid. The operations and IT teams are in utter chaos right now after constant reorganisations and waves of redundancies. The exec team have lost all grip so expect delivery and service to continue to drop off a cliff for some time to come!
Quite. Whats left of the teams at cityfibre are having to deal with replatforming of major systems, implementing a new field system and launching layer 3 services. All this is being done through a skeleton team, with highlighted risks ignored and the delivery team constantly berated by the chief transformation and operations officers. Moral is on the floor and a constant stream of good people being shown the door or selecting to leave.
