ISP PlusNet Offers 4 Months FREE Home Broadband and Calls

Budget internet provider PlusNet UK has launched a new promotion that offers 4 Months FREE home broadband and calls across both their cheaper Value (10GB usage allowance – unlimited offpeak) and more flexible Extra (60GB usage allowance – unlimited offpeak) packages, which also includes FREE activation (normally worth £25). This new promotion is available until 10th April 2012.

Both packages offer internet speeds of up to 20Mbps, a free wireless router, 12 month contract, free calls to their UK-based call centre (24/7) and a choice of either free ‘Evening and Weekend’ or ‘Anytime’ calls to UK landlines and 0870 / 0845 numbers. At the time of writing PlusNet has not updated their public site to reflect the new promotions but you can access them directly from the links below.

It’s important to mention that the new deals also require you to take out PlusNet’s Phone Line Rental service from an extra £9.49 per month. Likewise the broadband package price rises if your home is in one of Ofcom’s Market 1 (i.e. rural) areas where there is less competition between providers (e.g. the Value package will go from being £6.49 to £12.99 a month).
