National UK cable operator Virgin Media has cut the price of their superfast broadband bundles by adding a £25 credit to dual-play (broadband and phone) packages and £50 credit on triple-play “Collections” (broadband, phone and tv). This also combines with their various existing free installation and 6 months reduced price promotions.
As a result of these offers the prices for Virgin Media’s service now start at just £4.50 a month (rising to £14.50 after the first 6 months) for their 30Mbps broadband package when taken with a Virgin Phone Line at £13.90 a month and 18 month contract (comes with a £25 account credit). This dual-play bundle includes unlimited downloads (Traffic Management), a free SuperHub wireless router, unlimited weekend calls to UK landlines and an internet security package.
