ISP TalkTalk UK Offering 12 Months Half Price Broadband and Calls
Budget ISP TalkTalk has returned to offering their entry-level Essentials package, which bundles “unlimited” broadband with free evening and weekend calls to UK landlines, at 12 months half-price (i.e. £3.25 a month instead of £6.50). A £25 Love2shop voucher and free connection are also included.
The new offer, which runs until 29th May 2013, also requires customers to take the ISPs line rental service from the equivalent of £9.50 a month (£14.95 if you choose not to pay 12 months in advance).

As usual you’ll need to live within the ISPs unbundled (LLU) network coverage (reaches around 94% of the UK population) in order to get the service.
