Cable operator Virgin Media (Liberty Global) has won a series of awards, including Customer Service Team of the Year, at the recent 2013 Top 50 Call Centres and European Call Centre Awards event.
The quad-play broadband, phone, TV and mobile provider also scooped Customer Service Team Leader of the Year (Bruce Christine) and Customer Service Business Leader of the Year (Ian Armitage) at the same event, which was held in London last month.

Gareth Kokot, Team Manager at Virgin Media, told ISPreview.co.uk:
“Our people go the extra mile and put our customers at the heart of everything we do. To have these efforts recognised by a panel of expert judges is fantastic and we’re incredibly proud of Virgin Media’s very own European Call Centre Awards Team of the Year.”
