Mobile operator EE has announced that their standard tablet plans have increased in price by £1 per month, but as compensation all 4GEE Extra tablet plans will be reduced by £2 until 2nd June 2015. On top of that they’ve reintroduced the 4G pay-as-you-go limited edition SIM, which gives you 100GB of Mobile Broadband data free for 2 months.
As a result of this the 4GEE Extra (tablet) plan starts at £13 instead of £15 per month, which gives you 10GB of data, a two year Telegraph Digital subscription, double speed 4G access and 100MB of free data to use when roaming around Europe.
Separately new customers who join EE pay-as-you-go on their £10 Data Pack (1GB daya, 50 minutes and 50 texts) will, for a limited time, also get a whopping 100GB of 4GEE data free for 2 months. Customers who receive the SIM will need to text “100GB” to 150 to enjoy the extra data.
Apparently the limited edition 100GB SIM offer will be available to order until 18th June and customers must then top up £10 within 14 days of getting it to get the upgrade.
