PlusNet Offer 12 Months Free Unlimited Broadband and GBP75 Cashback

Friday, May 22nd, 2015 (7:52 am) - Score 1,011

UK ISP PlusNet has once again moved to take advantage of the looming bank holiday weekend by offering their standard ‘up to’ 17Mbps unlimited broadband and included weekend calls package free for the first 12 months of service (normally £9.99 per month) with £75 Cashback, which is available to order until 26th May 2015.

Customers will of course only be able to take the discount if they also adopt PlusNet’s Phone Line Rental alongside, which costs from the equivalent of £12.99 per month when pre-paid in advance for a year or £15.95 if you prefer a standard monthly charge.

Unlimited Broadband and Calls
* Download speeds of up to 17Mbps
* Upload speeds of up to 1Mbps
* Truly unlimited broadband
* Free UK weekend calls
* Free wireless router
* UK-based customer support 24/7
* Free activation
* McAfee Internet security
* Parental controls
* 12 Month contract

PRICE: Free for the first 12 months (£9.99 thereafter) + line rental

Free evening and weekend calls can be added for an extra +£2 per month or Anytime calls for an extra +£5 per month (add another +£2 on top of that and you can also get 300 Anytime minutes to the top 35 international destinations).

NOTE: Some customers who live in remote rural areas may have to pay more due to residing outside of the ISPs “low cost area” (standard price is a hefty £17.49 per month instead of £9.99).

As a side note the ISP are also still offering their superfast Unlimited Fibre Broadband (up to 38Mbps) service with included evening + weekend calls free for the first 6 months of service (returning to £14.99 a month thereafter), while their 76Mbps capable Unlimited Fibre Extra is similarly reduced to £8.99 a month from £19.99. Sadly neither of the fibre deals benefit from the cashback.
