Rochdale-based UK ISP Zen Internet has officially been named the ‘Best Telecoms Service Provider of the Year 2016’ as part of the tenth annual Which? Awards, which claims to recognise businesses that have achieved “positive change and deliver excellent products and service“.
Yesterday’s ceremony was co-hosted by TV presenter, Natasha Kaplinsky, and Which? Chief Executive, Peter Vicary-Smith. Business could not put themselves forward for an award and the decision about who wins one is usually based upon how highly they score in Which?’s research and testing, which usually revolves around reader (member) surveys.

Apparently the Which? judges said, “Stellar customer service has helped Zen Internet win big at the Which? Awards, and our latest customer satisfaction survey saw 70% of users describe the service as ‘excellent’. Although Zen Internet’s prices are typically higher than those from other providers, the premium service justifies the investment.” Now for the full winners list..
