Customers of broadband ISP Zen Internet can now benefit from a new ‘My Zen‘ self-service app for Smartphones and Tablet computers (Android + iOS), which aims to provide subscribers with a lot of extra detail about their accounts / connections and extra support options.
Pretty much all of the major providers now have a Smartphone App, although it’s less common to find such a feature among the small and medium sized providers. As usual the App is a free piece of software, which can be downloaded here for Android devices or here for iOS (iPhone, iPad etc.).
Primary My Zen App Features
* View details of your current broadband and voice services, including:
— Current and past broadband usage info
— Live status against each service
— Self-help user guides* Check call wait times for tech support and customer services teams.
* Get notifications of any outages affecting your services.
* Run simple diagnostic tests from your device.
* Access live chat.
So far the app appears to have received some very positive feedback.
