Virgin Media UK Launch New Customer Account Control and Help App

Customers of Virgin Media’s UK cable broadband and TV network can now download a new Tablet and Smartphone app for Android and iOS (iPhone) devices, which will give them access to the latest account details, package choice, billing, local service status (faults etc.) and general help.
The ‘My Virgin Media‘ app itself works on iPhone iOS v9 and up, or Android v5 and up. Most of the other major broadband ISPs also have similar apps of their own, some of which are better and more useful than others.
