Little known non-profit UK internet provider Green ISP appears to have quietly become the next to launch a G.fast based ‘up to’ 330Mbps (30Mbps upload) ultrafast broadband package with unlimited usage. The service is priced from £41.99 per month but does NOT include line rental (installation is £105).
The contract term for this package is 12 months and it’s stated that subscribers should receive a Static IP address, as well as email. There’s also mention of migration being “free” but we’ve not confirmed that. One other oddity is the 30Mbps upload rate, which is curious because the 330Mbps download tier is sold at wholesale alongside uploads of 50Mbps.
At present G.fast is still technically in its pilot deployment phase and coverage remains very limited. As a result most people will be better off waiting for a few more ISPs to launch their products or going with one that can also handle phone line rental. In any case the vast majority will not yet be able to order it.

Mark, I think you have “slashdotted” Green ISP as their website is not responding. 🙂
Looks to me like their whole website is down.
Website loads just fine for me…
Confirmed here:

Working for me when I tried just now.
It failed to load for me earlier “Connection reset”, but now it loads. /shrug
Working now but was down when originally posted. (Verified at that time with “Is It Down Right Now”)
Must have just been the HUGE traffic surge caused by the article being posted on ISP Review! 😉
Thanks. Never heard of them before.
Their web site statements appear to be at odds with the use of the ugly power hungry FTTC cabinets littering our streets.
Website has been working fine for me and partially following the order process shows an upload speed of 50 Mbps.
great if you can get it – which most people can’t
They use flash on their website. Goodbye.
LOL yes so 1990s!
