Energy supplier and UK ISP Shell Energy (formerly First Utility) has heavily discounted their broadband and phone packages for new subscribers, which for example cuts the price of their top 63Mbps (average speed) package from £34.99 to £26.99 per month for the first 18 months of service.
New customers can expect to receive unlimited usage, a free wireless router, phone line rental (standard call charges), free connection + delivery, an 18 month minimum contract term and UK based support. On top of that they also pledge NOT to “hike your broadband prices up at the end of your contract, nor hit you with any hidden fees upfront.”
The company also offers “savings on vehicle fuel for all Shell Energy Broadband customers.” Apparently the new offer will only be available to order until 9pm on 8th August 2019.

The network is supplied by TalkTalk’s wholesale platform (NOT to be confused with that ISPs retail service, wholesale is a different kettle of dish).
Is shell energy any good?
Shell energy broadband are a joke they don’t keep the customer informed of what’s happening, I never collected my router from the post office but they want £295 to cancel it. Go with virgin. Sky or bt in fact anybody than these clowns the speeds are faster also and you don’t have to 0 days for it to normalise. Stay AWAY
