Broadband ISP and digital infrastructure builder Grain (Grain Connect) has today added three new locations to their ongoing UK rollout of a gigabit-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network, which will see them building across Watford (Hertfordshire), Reading (Berkshire) and Northampton (East Midlands).

Network operator and builder F&W Networks – supported by their UK retail ISP Hey! Broadband – has today secured a significant £25m funding package from Santander, which will enable them to expand the rollout of their gigabit-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) infrastructure across the South of England.

The Broadband Delivery UK team have just published a new batch of Public Reviews (PR) and Open Market Reviews (OMR) for additional parts of England – mostly covered by Phase 2 of the Government’s £5bn Project Gigabit broadband rollout. Both aim to identify which areas need state aid support for future builds.

UK ISP Hey! Broadband (F&W Networks) has confirmed to ISPreview.co.uk that they’re now deploying their new 10Gbps capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network to cover the historic market town and civil parish of Godalming in Surrey, which is home to around 22,000 people.

The large Hertfordshire town of Hemel Hempstead in England appears to be next on the list of areas where UK ISP Hey! Broadband (F&W Networks) are deploying their new 10Gbps capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network. Some build has already begun between the Chaulden and Boxmoor areas.
