Zzoomm Street Works FTTP

UK ISP Zzoomm has revealed that they’re expanding the rollout of their new gigabit-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network further south to include the county of Wiltshire (England). The first location to benefit from this will be the town and civil parish of Calne.

Network operator and UK ISP Zzoomm has today announced a further £44 million expansion of their effort to deploy a new gigabit-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network, which will add another 8 market towns across parts of Yorkshire and the Midlands this Autumn.

UK ISP Zzoomm has today announced that they’ve decided to adopt Iskratel’s XGS-PON based Optical Line Terminals (OLTs) and Optical Network Terminals (ONTs) to help power their UK rollout of a new gigabit-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network, which already covers 50,000 premises.

Network builder and UK ISP Zzoomm has today released their annual results, which among other things reveals that their new gigabit-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network has now expanded to cover 50,000 premises (up from 10,000 in Dec 2021) with 3,000 customers connected (up from 1,400).

UK ISP Zzoomm has announced that their new 10Gbps capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network has begun to go live in parts of the large railway town and civil parish of Crewe and Nantwich (Cheshire, England), with premises in the village of Shavington being the first to benefit.
