Zen Internet, Giffgaff and Three UK Pick-up Customer Experience Awards
Broadband and telecoms operators Zen Internet, Giffgaff and Three UK have all recently picked up several gold (winner) and silver (runner-up) gongs at the annual UK Customer Experience Awards 2015 event.
The Awards, which were recently handed out at London’s Park Plaza (Westminster Bridge) venue, are a little odd in that entrants have to pay a fee to be included for examination and are then scored using pre-determined criteria, with written Entries being assessed to provide short listed Finalists who then also make 15 minute presentations to a panel of Judges.

In other words there appears to be very little in the way of independent consumer feedback involved, with the focus instead being more on the teams that work behind the scenes. Never the less several UK telecoms and Internet providers did win some awards at the event and we’ve listed those below.
