Broadband ISP Neatley Adopts Service Platform and Router from Audra Solutions

Wythenshawe-based broadband provider Neatley, which in 2023 was partly acquired by the Telecom Acquisitions Group via Home Telecom (here), has just completed adoption of the Catena OSS / BSS platform, Audra Safe customer router and nationwide wholesale connectivity from Audra Solutions.

In short, the Catena platform will now underpin Neatley’s operations, including a fully branded online ordering experience alongside an agent-assisted sales journey built into the provider’s existing contact centre, covering residential and business broadband as well as mobile products. The platform brings together customer management; automated billing and payments; product catalogue and order management; a knowledge base and ticketing system; and financial reporting – supported by automated customer communications and secure private cloud hosting.

Alongside the software deployment, Neatley has also adopted the Audra Safe SF30 customer premises equipment (router) across its broadband customer base. The devices give customers a simple self-install experience, a mobile app, built-in cyber security with parental controls, and self-service Wi-Fi management with full network visibility and more.
