The Sheffield based offices of UK internet provider PlusNet came under attack last week after a “swarm of killer bees!” decided that they didn’t need to live inside of a Bee Hive after all and could instead quite happily turn the ISPs front entrance into their new residence.
As it turns out “killer bees” appears to have been somewhat of an exaggeration, not that such a realisation made much of a difference to the ISPs staff whom promptly took to using the back door instead of the front.

Bob Pullen, Plusnets Digital Care Expert, said:
“It’s not every day that your office gets attacked by a swarm of killer bees! But today that’s exactly what happened here at Plusnet Towers.
OK, perhaps ‘killer bees’ is something of an exaggeration, but plenty of the furry fellas did take it upon themselves to set up residence right outside our front door earlier this afternoon. It soon became talk of the office and it wasn’t long before the smokers among us were using entering/exiting the building via the back door.”
Thankfully the Balance office block on Pinfold Street was soon clear of the problem after a quick tweet to The Sheffield Honey Company resulted in the Bees being lulled into a basket for collection.
