Broadband ISP Zen Internet Named Which UK Recommended Phone Provider

Consumer affairs magazine Which? has named broadband provider Zen Internet as one of only three phone operators to win Recommended Provider status for its standalone home telephone service.

Zen is understood to have secured a total customer score of 79%, winning five stars for both accuracy of bills and customer service and four stars for value for money. However the best phone provider was named as Utiliy Warehouse, which scored 84% and gained five stars in all three categories. Meanwhile 18185.co.uk, which is more of a call override service, scored 78%.

It’s worth pointing out that the results were based on an April 2012 survey of 2,789 Which? members, which rated from a selection of just 8 phone service providers.
