The “root of all evil” struck in the car park of Bracknell based business ISP Andrews and Arnold (AAISP) earlier this week after high winds on Wednesday felled a large tree, which narrowly missed a car belonging to the wife of boss Adrian Kennard.
It’s understood that Adrian’s wife had been parked in the same spot only “a few minutes earlier” but thankfully nobody was hurt and the offending wood has now been removed. [Insert tree related jokes here – e.g. Branch Office].
Acts of nature can be funny old things, from Bees attacking PlusNet’s office to rodents nibbling at B4RN’s fibre optic cables. UK ISPs have certainly seen a few oddities over the past year but they’re only entertainment when nobody gets hurt. Unless you watch Storm Chasers of course.. or the news.
