The Internet Telephony Services Providers’ Association (ITSPA), a trade body for the United Kingdom’s VoIP industry, has announced the winners of its 5th annual 2013 ITSPA Awards. This year the gong for Best Consumer provider went to Localphone and BT was the runner up.
The reception took place yesterday in the members dining room at the House of Commons (Parliament). Once again the event was hosted by Dr Julian Huppert (Lib Dem MP for Cambridge), Vice Chair of the Parliamentary Internet Communications and Technology Forum.
Eli Katz, ITSPA Chairman, said:
“I am delighted to see the increased uptake from members and non-members this year. It is the highest number of entries we have received so far. Congratulations to all the winners and to those companies highly commended. The Awards are a welcome opportunity to celebrate the innovation and best practice in our industry as well as highlight and discuss the key regulatory challenges facing the sector.”
