Mobile operator EE (4GEE) has today confirmed that its 4G (LTE at 1800MHz) based superfast Mobile Broadband network is now live in another 14 towns across the United Kingdom (total of 131 towns and cities).
The new towns include Benfleet, Caerphilly, Caldicot, Canvey Island, Carlisle, Chepstow, Cwmbran, Grays, Harlow, Hatfield, Kenilworth, Rayleigh, Southport and Worksop. It’s also worth remembering that the first of EE’s new packages will go live tomorrow (here) and more enhancements are already planned for November 2013.

The network currently covers more than 60% of the UK population and should reach 98% by the end of 2014. A speed boost up to 300Mbps is also due to be trialled next month.
