Hull ISP KC has been named the overall winner at this year’s UK Customer Experience Awards, which claims to celebrate and promote excellence in customer experience across a broad spectrum of industry. KC also picked up the award for IT & Telecommunications.
The provider, which had to fend off other major brands to take the top spot (e.g. Sky Broadband, BT, Easyjet and Disney Store), was broadly praised for encouraging more feedback from customers and then using it to improve their products and service levels.
Gary Young, KC’s Director of Consumer Services, said:
“Everyone at KC is absolutely thrilled to be recognised for our efforts to give our customers a great experience, regardless of the type of interaction they have with us.
What’s most important to us is what our customers think about our service, and we want to thank every customer who took the time to complete a survey, attend one of our forums, or contact us with a comment, a compliment or a complaint.
It’s this feedback that’s led to us making more than a hundred improvements during the last year alone, to our products, our processes and the way we interact with customers.”
