In a strange twist of almost completely unrelated industries a recent edition of Good Housekeeping Magazine has awarded PlusNet’s broadband and phone service the ‘Reader Recommended‘ award after 82% of surveyed readers with the ISP said they would definitely or probably recommend them to a friend.
Readers were asked to complete a simple questionnaire about their choice of ISP and apparently 91% of related respondents with PlusNet’s service felt as if the ISP provided good value for money. Furthermore 88% found it easy to get started with PlusNet, 71% labelled the speed of their connection as “satisfactory“, 79% were happy with the reliability and 87% expected to remain with the ISP after their contract expired.
Unfortunately we don’t know what the results were for the other ISPs involved, although when put in context it should be noted that the ratings appear to be based off feedback from 126 GH readers during June 2014.
Sadly there were no accompanying guides for the best way to clean PlusNet’s router (pro tip – don’t use water!) or any fashion tips to help conceal it, although wrapping the device in a neat little coloured bow might just do the trick.. no seriously.
