WarwickNet Builds Broadband Network for Ascot Business Park in Derby

Coventry-based ISP WarwickNet has extended their alternative fibre optic based broadband network (FTTP, Vectored VDSL2 FTTC etc.) to cover firms on the Ascot Business Park in the city of Derby (Derbyshire, England).

The new site is WarwickNet’s 6th in Derbyshire and over 40 organisations in the park are expected to be connected via the new ‘up to’ 100Mbps capable network. The ISP’s business development manager, Hayley Blackburn, said: “We’ve already connected a number of businesses across Derbyshire and have seen first-hand the difference that high-speed internet can made in their day-to-day operations.”

“With our fibre-enabled cabinet built and final works scheduled over the coming weeks, we are now almost ready to deliver superfast broadband to businesses on Longbridge Lane, Ascot Drive and Newmarket Drive,” added Blackburn.

Some of WarwickNet’s other sites include Pride Park, Wyvern Park Osmaston Park, Shaftesbury Industrial Estate and West Meadows Industrial Estate.
