Customers of Virgin Media’s mobile division, specifically new and existing Pay Monthly users who upgrade before 8th Nov 2020, will now also be entitled to a “one-off screen replacement” service in the first 12 months of their contract. But sadly this will only be offered to a very limited selection of Smartphones (when supplied via Virgin).
Annie Brooks, VM’s Executive Director of Product, said: “Many of us have accidentally dropped a phone and a cracked screen can be frustrating. Our new screen repair service gives customers ultimate peace of mind as they get acquainted with their new phone – no matter how clumsy they are!”
Sounds good, but at present the only handsets covered by this offer are the iPhone 11 Pro / Pro Max, Samsung A51 5G, Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, Samsung S20 Plus 5G, Huawei P40 lite / P40 / P40 Pro 5G and the Oppo Find X2 Lite / X2 Neo / X2 Pro. Detailed terms here.
