UK ISP BT has today announced that customers of their home broadband packages can now add ‘Xbox Game Pass Ultimate‘ to their account “contract free,” although you will of course still have to pay the extra £10 per month charge for this and that’s slightly cheaper than the official price of £10.99 per month from Microsoft.
The rolling gaming plan will provide BT broadband customers with access to over 100 Xbox video game titles for console, PC and Android mobile devices from the cloud (Beta), as well as all the benefits of Xbox Live Gold membership for online multiplayer etc.
The provider informs us that both new and existing BT home broadband customers can access the plan via their MyBT account. All that is needed to play the full library is a controller, and BT offers a range of gaming accessories via the BT Shop. Customers can find out further information by visiting bt.com/broadband/gaming.
I’m sure they can recover the 99p loss from somewhere else. BT gaming is a fad to be honest.
Gamepass ultimate on console has access to over 250 games I think.
