London broadband ISP CommunityFibre, which is busy building a 10Gbps capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network to cover a good chunk of the UK’s capital city, has launched a new promotion for small and medium-sized businesses (SME) that gives them up to 3 months of free full fibre service.
The new deal is only available, until 31st August 2021, to new customers taking out the business versions of their unlimited Hyperfast (400Mbps), Gigafast (1Gbps) and 10 Gigafast (10Gbps) packages, which all have symmetrical upload and download speeds. In short, you’ll get two months of free service if you take out a 24-month contract term, and three months free with a 36-month term.
All Community Fibre Business packages come with several Service Level Agreement (SLA) features, such as a 4G dongle to keep businesses online in case of broadband failure, as well as a “money back guarantee” providing 1 week of credit to clients if the broadband service is not resolved in the first 24 business hours, prioritised business support and a personalised service with a named account manager for each client.

The provider’s ambition is to reach 1 million premises by the end of 2023.
