New customers looking to take one of Sky Broadband’s plans may like to know that the ISP has begun offering their FTTC and FTTP powered “Superfast” (61Mbps) and “Ultrafast Plus” (500Mbps) packages at half price until the end of 2023, which means that they now cost £17 (£34.50 thereafter) and £24 (£48 thereafter) respectively.
The provider has also discounted its 145Mbps package to just £30 per month (normally £43), albeit seemingly for the entire length of their 18-month contract term. A one-off £5 setup fee is also payable. Meanwhile Sky’s top 900Mbps Gigafast package remains at £58 per month (£63 after 18-months).
Sky’s packages are all powered by Openreach’s national network, which is available to the vast majority of premises on FTTC (VDSL2) and over 10 million properties on FTTP.
