New customers of Virgin Media UK (VMO2) may like to know that the ISP has today discounted their mid-range 516Mbps (M500) standalone home broadband package to just £33 per month on an 18-month minimum term (£72 thereafter), which also comes with average upload speed of 52Mbps. The 250Mbps and 1Gbps plans have also been cut.
As usual customers will also receive an included router and special access to perks and experiences with their ‘Priority’ rewards app. Separately, Virgin’s 250Mbps package has also been reduced to £27 per month and their 1Gbps tier is being discounted to £39 per month for the first contract term.
Separately, customers who prefer to opt for one of their key bundles with Pay TV (i.e. Bigger Movie Combo, Bigger Sports, Biggest Combo or Mega Volt Bundle) will, from today, be able to choose between the included bonus of either a £200 bill credit or a Microsoft Xbox Series S game console.
