Horsham-based Telecom Acquisitions (TAL Group), which is a holding company for several familiar UK consumer ISP brands (e.g. Home Telecom, Fleur and Eclipse Broadband), has revealed that over the past 15 months they’ve grown to total 100,000 customers and added 22,000 residential broadband users in the last quarter alone.
According to data from Fibre Provider, the figure of 22,000 customers for the last quarter includes 16,000 acquired via acquisitions and strategic partnerships, plus 6,000 from organic growth. TAL has reportedly also signed a marketing deal to bring its brand to houses on the footprints of CityFibre and TalkTalk across the UK, which will complement their existing arrangements with other networks (e.g. MS3, FullFibre and Freedom Fibre).
The operator’s CEO, Nigel Barnett, said: “In the last 15 months we have grown to circa 100,000 customers, returning a £40m turnover. With further acquisitions on the horizon, we are looking forward to a very successful 2024.”
