EE UK Set to Launch New One Up Customer Rewards Scheme on Friday
Broadband ISP and mobile operator EE UK (BT) is preparing to launch a new rewards (loyalty) programme on Friday for existing customers called “One Up“, which is set to be more of a complement than a replacement for their existing ‘Rewards’ scheme.
Regular readers might recall that we first revealed the existence of this scheme back in June 2026 (here), although at the time it wasn’t clear precisely when it would go live and details remain in short supply. The latest update is that users of EE’s App have this week started to see a new pop-up (pictured – credits to ISPreview reader, Scott), which states: “EE One Up is coming. Every Friday get weekly treats and unmissable offers that you won’t find anywhere else. Exclusive to EE One customers“.
The customers they’re referencing above reflect converged subscribers that take both their fixed broadband and mobile products. Some of the expected rewards under this new programme are likely to include free movies on EE’s pay TV service, as well as discounts on their tech store products and more. No doubt further details will be released on Friday 10th July 2026.

Shame I just lef them – but to be fair they were charging me £34 a month for 100GB- Mozillion do it for £5 – so there you go.
Hmm, I have unlimited, uncapped 5G with unlimited calls and texts for £21 a month, but we have been EE customers since the very beginning. You should’ve tried phoning 150 and asking if there were any offers/discounts available.
I get unlimited 5G up to 100mbits for around £16 or so on EE. You get a £20 discount per month if you have EE broadband.
The Iphone full works is what I was on – was £31 at the start. The problem is that the only thing I don’t get now is 5G SA – but it was slow in the middle of town, a town where this is meant to have rolled out.
I get faster speeds on Mozillion now in the same places as before – not sure why.
It was too expensive anyway
Full works is unlimited Data uncapped, plus 3 benefits ie , Netflix ,apple music and Xbox live

Pity they cant look after their existing customers. I was moved to EE from BT against my wishes. My landline has never worked since.
People want decent prices, not gimmicks.
A shame now that we have less choice and stuck with just 3 networks, still at least we can use MVNOs. I will stick with Smarty unless something goes belly up, even if it now does belong to Vodarubbish. Not impressed with any of the networks no,
EE belongs to BT, Os is Virgin rubbish and 3 is now part for Vodarubbish. All three companies have issues.
