ISP Metronet UK has once again expanded the coverage of its “ultrafast” 1Mbps – 10Gbps capable hybrid fibre optic (Dark Fibre) and carrier grade wireless broadband network to reach businesses in St Helen’s (Merseyside, England).
The service is typically targeted towards areas that have “traditionally struggled with poor copper services such as ADSL, SDSL and EFM or costly leased line installations“.

Metronet UK’s Operations Director, Lee Lawrence, said, “Having rolled out into yet another area means that we are another step closer to bringing omnipresent service to the North West. Metronet (UK) is known for our flexibility, great service and value for money and because of this we are over taking the traditional providers to deliver faster connectivity to St Helen’s.”
