BT appears to have increased the value of their Sainsbury’s Gift Cards with standard broadband packages from £25 to £50 (until 17th February), while those included alongside their superfast broadband BTInfinity packages have jumped from £50 to £100. Most of their packages are currently also being offered at half-price for 3-6 months.

Interesting another incentive apart from BT Sports to get Fibre with BT instead of Sky.

Would make more sense if BT started doing some proper telecom services, rather than wasting money on dubious voucher schemes or cross-subsidised BT Sports, or wasted taxpayers money on VDSL adventures.

Is it officially wasted taxpayers money or just your own very personal and limited point of view?

      The government seems happy enough

“The government issued a UK Broadband Impact Study in November 2013, which predicted that the BDUK project would deliver a return on investment of £20 for every £1 spent. “

      “The government seems happy enough”

They were happy enough with flood prevention in this country also until the beginning of this week, so a bit silly to think if they are happy all must be well.

What happened to your previous name are you not allowed to use that anymore either? 😀

Huh what are you talking about?
