PC Pro Excellence Awards 2014 See UK ISPs Zen Internet and PlusNet Top

Consumer magazine PC Pro has published the results of their annual PCPro Excellence Awards 2014 event, which much like last year named Zen Internet the “Best Broadband ISP“. Meanwhile PlusNet was the “Highly Commended” runner-up in second place.

Elsewhere mobile network operator Tesco Mobile picked up the gong for Best Mobile Data Provider, with GiffGaff grabbing the “Highly Commended” badge. Apparently the results were based on feedback from some 8,000 readers of the magazine.

UPDATE:

Zen Internet achieved 97% for customer support, 97% for reliability, 83% value for money, 91% for speed and 97% for recommending to a friend, with an overall score of 93%.
