BT has today reintroduced their earlier summer discounts, which means that unlimited standard (up to 17Mbps) and superfast (up to 38Mbps BTInfinity) broadband packages have been cut to just £5 and £10 per month respectively. Sainsbury’s shopping vouchers worth up to £125 have also been added.
New customers will of course also need to take out BT’s Phone Line Rental, which now costs either £17.99 per month as standard or £194.28 when pre-paid for a full year in advance (equivalent of £16.19 per month). But you also need to be aware that the price of their unlimited broadband discounts, after the first 12 month contract is over, will rise significantly (see below).

NOTE: Customers who decide they want to leave within the first year of their contract will have to stump up to £55 towards the cost of your HomeHub router (standard broadband) and this rises to £65 on their BTInfinity package. Otherwise the new offer is only available for the next week and then it will probably change again.
