UK ISP Plusnet has started offering their top ‘up to’ 76Mbps FTTC “Unlimited Fibre Extra” broadband service at £5 per month for the first six months (£19.99 thereafter). On top of that their standard ‘up to’ 17Mbps product is now free for the first 12 months and includes £50 Cashback.
The discounts are only on offer for a limited period and they’re tempered somewhat by the ISP’s imminent price rises (here). Otherwise new customers will also need to pay from £16.99 per month for standard line rental (£17.99 from 1st September 2016), although Plusnet’s alternative annual pre-paid line rental discount remains available for the equivalent to £15.49 per month.
