New customers of Hyperoptic’s 1000Mbps capable FTTB/P broadband network, which is available around parts of 21 cities in the United Kingdom, can now benefit from a new offer that gives the first 3 months of service for free, albeit only when taking out a 12 month contract.
The provider’s network generally tends to cater for big office blocks and large apartment buildings (i.e. Multi-Dwelling-Units with at least 50 units), although they have recently branched out to cover a few housing estates and social housing areas.
Most of their coverage is found in London, although they’re also growing their network coverage around Birmingham, Glasgow, Cardiff, Bristol, Reading, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Birmingham, Newcastle, Nottingham, Brighton, Portsmouth, Watford, Leicester, Southampton, Slough, Edinburgh and Woking.

Customers can choose from either a broadband and phone bundle or a broadband-only service on a 12 month contract (attracts no connection fee). You can also get a “no contract” option of both but that attracts a one-off connection fee of £40 and the monthly price is higher. Otherwise all of the packages include unlimited usage, 24/7 support, an included wireless router and a dynamic IP address (CGNAT); add £5 for a Static IP instead.
