New subscribers to Hyperoptic’s 1Gbps capable FTTP/B broadband network, which covers parts of 21 cities in the United Kingdom, may like to know that the ISP has slashed the price of their various standalone and phone bundles for the first 12 months of service (available to order until 3rd July 2017).
Most of the provider’s coverage is currently found in London, although they’re also expanding their network around Birmingham, Glasgow, Cardiff, Bristol, Reading, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Birmingham, Newcastle, Nottingham, Brighton, Portsmouth, Watford, Leicester, Southampton, Slough, Edinburgh and Woking. Not to mention various social housing agreements in locations like Thurrock (Essex).
As an urban focused provider Hyperoptic’s network generally tends to cater for big office blocks and large apartment buildings (i.e. Multi-Dwelling-Units of at least 50 units), although as above they have recently branched out to cover a few housing estates and social housing areas, some of which may offer a bespoke cut-price package that is exclusive to those areas (these aren’t shown on their normal website).

Otherwise customers are able to choose from either a broadband and phone bundle or a broadband-only service on a 12 month contract (the latter attracts a £40 one-off connection fee). You can also get a “no contract” option of both, although the monthly price is +£2-£4 higher. Otherwise all of the packages include unlimited usage, 24/7 support, an included wireless router and a dynamic IP address (CGNAT) or £5 for a Static IP.
