Consumer magazine PC Pro has published the latest results from their annual 2017 Awards event, which once again – for the 14th consecutive time – saw Zen Internet scoop the win for Best ISP (AAISP was the runner-up) and also Best Web Host (Tsohost was the runner-up).
Apparently Zen topped the ratings in three of the four judging criteria (note: around 6,000 readers were surveyed), scoring 98% for customer support, 97% for reliability, 91% for speed and 88% for value for money, which is said to have put them well ahead of big providers like Sky Broadband, BT and TalkTalk.
Andrew Fryatt, Zen’s MD for Small Business and Residential, said:
“We are delighted to be named PC Pro’s Best Broadband provider and Best Web Host. To win these awards is extremely satisfying because they are voted for by customers. This is a tremendous endorsement that our customers are happy with the service they are receiving, but they can rest assured that we don’t take such recognition for granted.
We owe our customers a huge thanks for their continuing support, and we will continually strive to improve the service we provide them.”
Sadly PC Pro has not revealed the full results for each ISP or detailed how the scoring was conducted. The awards are usually based on feedback from readers of the magazine, although it’s not stated how many respondents were involved or which other ISPs were included. Last year saw TalkTalk come bottom on 55%.
