Coventry-based business ISP Syscomm has today become the latest to launch a new range of 330Mbps (50Mbps upload) capable G.fast broadband packages, which will be aimed at SMEs across Coventry, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Birmingham.
Unfortunately the message we received didn’t contain any information about price, contract terms or package details and as such there’s not a lot more to write about (we have asked for some extra details and will update if those arrive). The ISP also offers a range of FTTP, FTTC (VDSL2), Ethernet and other managed connectivity solutions.
Chris Tyler, Syscomm CEO, said:
“We’re delighted to be leading the way locally with our G.Fast proposition. Whereas FTTP is for the lucky few, G.Fast is for the many! The rollout brings real performance benefits for the wider business community, but in the near-term. Syscomm are fully embracing the technology to open access to ultrafast Cloud and Internet bandwidth, helping our customers to scale and protect their businesses with new Cloud technologies and offsite backup.”
At present only a small portion of the UK can actually order a G.fast based service on Openreach’s (BT) national network, although the operator hopes to cover 10 million premises by the end of 2020.
