ISP Plusnet Slash Unlimited Fibre Broadband and Phone to £23.50

Friday, June 1st, 2018 (7:46 am) - Score 3,159

A flash sale has cropped up on Plusnet’s UK website that reduces their range of unlimited home broadband and phone bundle prices to their lowest level in a long time, although these will only be available to order by new customers until Monday 4th June 2018 next week.

As usual customers can expect to receive an included wireless router, phone line rental, parental controls (network-level filtering) and UK-based customer support. A number of UK calling add-ons are also available (e.g. anytime calls), albeit at extra cost, and if you need a new phone line installed at your property there’s a £49.99 one-off installation charge.

Unlimited (10Mbps Average Download) + £75 Reward Card
Price: £18.99 per month for 18 months (£29.98 thereafter)

Unlimited Fibre (36Mbps Average Download)
Price: £23.50 per month for 18 months (£34.98 thereafter)

Unlimited Fibre Extra (66Mbps Average Download)
Price: £27.50 per month for 18 months (£39.98 thereafter)

The above prices, which all include free activation, are only available to those living within the ISP’s “low cost area.” This now reflects the vast majority of UK premises, although typically some people who live outside of this (mostly includes a few remote rural communities) may find that they have to pay several pounds extra per month due to the higher cost of service provision and less competition.

Excellent sale, costs 50p* more pm and ties you in for a 6 months* more than the next BT (re)seller.

*SSE on Fibre 1 + anytime calls.

At the moment I am getting 2mb!!! As on a “long line” cabinet 11 Lesmahagow
When can I expect to get ANY! Kind of decent coverage. Like to use 2 mobile phones at the same time. ??? And watch tv??

  3. Avatar I definitely have fibre! says:

Should add in fairness, plus net has better customer service than SSE – well worth 50p extra. But still sale?

If you consider a company that fobs you off, does not ring back when they promise and sometimes can take near to an hour just to answer the phone “better” compared to anything then i more than admire your suffering.

Worst service ever never works complained lots of times, and no one even acknowledges it.
Never even had a discount when its not been working?
When I joined was advised no contract to pay to leave, soon as I signed up it was in the contract I had to pay to leave???

I’m with okusnet already so this does bot apply to me. 19.99 mnth for up to 13mbs (I get 9.2mbs). Cant complain about that.

I do not have a landline phone attatched as only want net.

Also have mobile internet with Plusnet on a monthly rolling contract.

For me its worth while as they only ever use Ebglish call centres. That is a bonus for me and worth paying a lot more per month for because I can understand them, and more importantly, they understand me.

      ** In with Plusnet already…
