New customers looking to take out a service with ISP Sky Broadband may like to know that the provider has just further discounted the price of their Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) powered packages on Openreach’s national network, which is currently available to 11.5 million UK premises (inc. 3.7m in the hardest to reach rural areas).
As a result, new Sky Broadband customers can currently take their 61Mbps plan for £25 per month on an 18-month term (£39.50 thereafter), which rises to £29 for 145Mbps (£43 thereafter), £34 for 500Mbps (£53 thereafter) and £48 for their top 900Mbps “Gigafast” tier (£63 thereafter). A small £5 one-off setup fee is also charged.
Sky’s packages all include their “Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee“, an included wireless router, unlimited usage, a pay as you go phone service (IP based) and a minimum speed guarantee. Customers can optionally add a WiFi 6E capable router and mesh system for an extra £7.50 a month for 18 months, while various inclusive calling options are also available (e.g. evening and weekend calls for £5.75 a month).
