Broadband ISP Plusnet has today discounted the price of their top two Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) based packages on Openreach’s national network, which means that their 900Mbps tier is now just £43.99 per month on a 24-month term (£62.92 thereafter) and 500Mbps is £34.99 (£53.77 thereafter).
All of the providers FTTP packages include unlimited usage, a new Hub Two wireless router (based off the BT SmartHub 2), free activation, a 24-month minimum contract term, Plusnet SafeGuard and Protect – both powered by Norton.
Sadly, all of these packages are data-only plans because Plusnet has so far opted not to launch their own digital phone style product, which could make it much more tedious for some users with a home phone service to upgrade or switch.
